SIGG Reusable Eco-Friendly Bottles

siggfrom £9.99 for 0.3l kid’s bottle

“Why is mine smaller than Ted’s?”
“Because you drink less than Ted”
“Mine IS pink”

“*distraught* Mummy the lid came off….OH IT GOES BACK ON”

If there’s one thing we’ve learnt since having kids it’s that carton drinks are Too Squeezy. Therefore it is advisable to have a drink handy at all times. Especially if your child, like Ted, is a cupaholic who can finish off your average sippy cup in one chug. I’m telling you, he’d be a shoo-in for one of those American university fraternities.

So two very cool, celeb endorsed SIGG bottles have been a welcome addition to our bulging bag of going-out-with-two-kids equipment. Even Spiderman (ok, Tobey Maguire, who can’t actually swing from building to building on a silken thread in real life) got one for his little girl. The twisty top, with a bit of a demo, is easy for small children to use and, with the addition of a closeable lid, guarantees absolutely no spillage. SIGG 1, carton drink 0.

The fact that the SIGG bottle is eco-friendly - no chucking out of plastic water bottles - keeps your drink ice cold and is extra super duper safe for kids with no yukky chemicals leaking in to their drinks (SIGG 4, carton drink 0) probably didn’t contribute to the extremely envious and lingering looks that Lillie and Ted got from four different children during one short shopping trip to Leicester’s Fosse Park. The proud clicking open and closed of the caps and the knowledge that SIGG bottles never get that horrid off orange squash smell in them like other flasks may have done it mind you.

There are few things that impress Mummy these days but SIGG have done it. She wants one for this year’s trip to Latitude festival. It’s her birthday this week. She likes pink. You can get them here. Thanks Daddy.

Mummy x

Some other stuff you probably want to know about:
“As part of their ongoing efforts to become 100% sustainable, SIGG Switzerland, the world leader in eco-friendly, reusable bottles, has introduced a new coating technology for the inside of their popular bottles; coined the SIGG’ EcoCare Liner’. The SIGG EcoCare Liner ensures no taste or odour transfer and leach-free durability. This new liner has been thoroughly tested and is certified to be 100% safe (they are free of BPA, phthalates, BADGE, BFDGE, and NOGE) helping you to ensure that nothing harmful is entering your child’s body.”
